Big Beautiful World 22 -- Flower Garden, Chateau Chenonceau, France

It’s a big, beautiful world out there. Let’s stop trying to screw it up. It's another dreary gray November day in central Pennsylvania. The winds are blowing constantly and the sky clouds over, and rains, and clears up for five minutes, and then turns gray again. So be it. This is why we take pictures of things. This was taken in the flower garden at Chateau de Chenonceau, one of the amazingly gorgeous chateaux in France's Loire Valley. When I look at this photo I can hear the bees buzzing as they work the flowers, I can feel the sun's warmth and smell the scent of the flowers that the gentle breeze carries with it.Which beats the tar out of what's going on outside my window right now. Enjoy the world, everyone! It's the only one we've got.
