Big Beautiful World 60 - Leaves and Lines

It’s a big, beautiful world out there. Please enjoy it responsibly. The current prompt in the Big Book O' Photo Prompts asks for lines. Any kind, in any direction. Lines, lines, everywhere are lines, and I am offering up my apologies right now to both Five Man Electrical Band and Tesla. This past weekend gave us a beautiful springtime Saturday sandwiched between days and days full of rain, so we went out for a walk in it. It, you know. The light of the warm golden orb. I think it's called...sun? Not sure. Anyway. Here is a Japanese maple tree, veins of the leaves radiating out from the petiole like spokes. In the upper right a sunstar peeks through the leaves, and the rays of the sun are...well, they're, uh...radiating out like spokes. Lines, lines, everywhere are lines. And who doesn't love some hot pink whirligigs?
