Big Beautiful World 64 - Sappy Tree Trunk, RB Winter State Park, PA

It’s a big, beautiful world out there. Please enjoy it responsibly. This one's short & sweet. While walking along the road at RB Winter State Park the other day, I noticed the aggressive smell of fresh pine sap. Even the smell is sticky, know what I mean? I tracked the smell to some cleared wood stacked close to the road. This one tree on the pile was so freshly cut the sap was still coming out. I never knew how beautiful pine sap could look. Remember: Get outside when you can to enjoy the world, but do it responsibly since we're still mid-pandemic. Wear masks to the store. Wash your hands. Be good to each other. See you on the flipside, at the world's biggest block party. XOXO
