Big Beautiful World 88 - Light Flares, Rehoboth Beach, DE

I don’t know why the lights flared like they did in this photo. It was just a normal alley, or so I thought, in the early part of the evening. I’ve taken plenty of evening shots and I know lights can be weird, but this looks otherworldly and weird. I like it.

I suppose if you can give me the technical explanation behind why the lights look like this I’ll listen and learn but honestly? I don’t know if I care.
